How does Trade Guard work?

When you pay for an order, funds are held until you confirm delivery. If there's a problem, open an Order Issue from My Orders and our team will step in.

How do I get my order?

Instant delivery items appear automatically in your order page once payment is confirmed. Other items are fulfilled manually and you'll see them update to "Delivered".

What if I don't receive my item?

Open an Order Issue from your order detail page and choose a reason. Our support team will review and resolve it.
